PlayVear collects essential account details necessary to provide secure esports matchmaking and tournament management services:

Google Profile Data: Name, verified email address, and profile photo URL via Google OAuth.
Game Identity: Free Fire / Battle Royale in-game name (IGN) and Player UID.
Location & Region: Division, District, and Upazila for regional league assignments.
Tournament Records: Match performance history, statistics, and wallet transaction logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

To authenticate your identity and verify legitimate tournament roster eligibility.
To distribute tournament lobby credentials (Room ID and Password).
To compute skill ratings, performance ranks, and leaderboards accurately.
To manage token balances and process prize distributions safely.
To deliver match reminders and platform updates via push notifications.

3. Data Protection & Security Standards

User data is securely stored on Google Cloud Firestore utilizing industry-grade access control rules and SSL encryption.
Authentication tokens are securely exchanged directly via Google Identity Services.
Zero Selling Policy: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to external advertisers or third parties.

4. User Rights & Account Control

You can inspect and update your game identity and region details directly in your Profile settings.
You have the right to request permanent account deletion or data removal by contacting platform support.
Notification preferences can be managed or revoked at any time through your device browser settings.
